1. Built-in casework reviewed & confirmed at this meeting.
2. Finishes reviewed & confirmed at this meeting:
• Mezzanine & attic floors noted to have roll-on epoxy paint.
• Attic walls & ceilings noted to have tape/spackle & prime coat only.
• Stair 2 noted to have exposed painted finish for block & steel.
• Glass railing at lobby stairs confirmed.
• Stainless corner guards confirmed at all outside wall returns within corridor areas.
• Signage (at front lawn) to remain in contract and receive deduct alternate bid.
• Interior building/room signage confirmed to be in contract as part of GC bid.

3. MEP reviewed items:
• Second floor zone 2 will now multiple units due to operation efficiency &
occupancy.
• HWH/boiler unit to be utilized for all hot water supply, as required for
efficiency.
• Fire pump for water service remains as TBD pending Village flow test. Water
service upgrade at main road previously confirmed as 6” and will be extended
by Village water to future apron area.
